Join us as we engage Guam’s community, local leaders, and stakeholders in updated discussions on how ocean energy – specifically Sea Water Air Conditioning (SWAC), Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC), and wave energy – can support Guam’s long-term energy resilience, economic diversification, and environmental sustainability.
